Explore orders and customers

Orders show purchases; Customers show the people and their broader relationship to your store. Read-only inspection is a safe place to start before using any charge or refund action.

Trace a purchase

1. Select the intended store and open Orders.
2. Search or filter the list to find the order, then open its detail.
3. Check the payment status, amount, currency, checkout, and any linked subscription before making a decision.
4. Open the linked customer, or find them in Customers, to inspect their order and subscription history.

An empty list may simply mean this store has no activity yet. If you see a charge, refund, or other money-moving control, read the confirmation and verify the customer and amount before submitting it. Screenshots or recordings for help content should stop before confirming a live transaction.
